Kazakhstan announced on 22 October that 22 documents worth a combined $4.8 billion had been signed alongside the ninth Kazakhstan Global Investment Roundtable in Shymkent. The event brought together more than 500 investors and business representatives from over 40 countries, with projects spanning energy, transport, manufacturing, education and digital infrastructure.
Businesses can explore opportunities in investment facilitation, public-sector project monitoring and supplier engagement. HPC can support public-sector analytics, project dashboards and performance reporting; the $4.8 billion figure combines different agreements, memorandums and project frameworks rather than representing one awarded contract.
