French Companies Plan €1.5 Billion in Additional Kazakhstan Investment

On 23 October, France’s ambassador to Kazakhstan said French companies planned to invest an additional €1.5 billion in Kazakhstan over the next three years, with potential projects in renewable energy, hydropower, urban utilities and tourism. The companies also planned to recruit another 1,000 local workers during that period, according to the report. Employers, training providers and project developers can explore opportunities in technical recruitment, workforce training and skills development. HPC can support workforce analytics, resource planning and performance reporting, with fees depending on the agreed engagement and no separate HR-services contract value announced.
