Kazakhstan’s investment roundtable on 22 October highlighted digital infrastructure and high-tech development, including a $500 million memorandum for a 250 MW data centre in the Data Center Valley. Separately, reporting published on 20 October described a $20 million fund-of-funds managed by Alem Capital Management under the World Bank-supported ALEM programme, intended to address financing needs among growth-stage technology startups.
Founders, venture investors and accelerators can explore opportunities in growth financing, technology commercialisation and market expansion. HPC can support startup feasibility analysis, market intelligence and investment modelling; the $20 million vehicle is a reported fund-of-funds initiative, not a direct HPC investment or service fee.
