French Investment Plans Include Tourism as Kazakhstan Advances Development Projects

On 23 October, France’s ambassador said French companies planned an additional €1.5 billion in investment in Kazakhstan over three years, with tourism among the intended areas alongside renewable energy, hydropower and urban utilities. At the investment roundtable, the government also highlighted the development of Alatau City and other projects intended to attract long-term investment. Tourism operators, hospitality groups and destination developers can explore opportunities in visitor services, destination planning and tourism infrastructure.
