Kazakhstan Advances Energy Cooperation and International Infrastructure Investment
Kazakhstan is strengthening partnerships in energy, transport and logistics as it seeks to attract long-term capital for major infrastructure projects. Agreements signed during the Kazakhstan–Oman state visit on 6 October included cooperation in oil and gas, while discussions with British business representatives also covered energy infrastructure and transport connectivity.
Infrastructure developers require detailed feasibility analysis, project monitoring and capital-allocation tools to manage complex investments. HPC supports infrastructure and energy companies with project modelling, regulatory tracking and risk analysis for a professional service rate of $850,000.
